Less busywork.
More business.
I build automations, AI assistants and custom apps for small businesses. Fixed price before work starts, a demo every week, and code you own outright.
What I build
Four kinds of work with a starting price for each. Most projects mix two of them.
Automation
Workflows that run without you: invoice reminders, lead routing, reports, scraping, and syncing systems that refuse to talk to each other. Live in one to two weeks.
AI assistants
Assistants that answer customers, sort your inbox and handle data entry, with safeguards and tests.
Custom apps
Booking systems, customer portals and dashboards for web and mobile, on a stack you can hire for later.
Telegram mini apps and bots
Mini apps and bots where your users already are. Payments, TON wallets, notifications and a UI that feels native to Telegram.
Work
Before and after, with real numbers. More case studies land as projects finish.
Invoice reminders that chase themselves
Services business, 12 people · Automation
Overdue invoices lived in a spreadsheet and were chased by the owner on Friday afternoons. A two-week automation now reads the accounting tool, sends staged reminders in the owner's tone, and flags the few that need a human.
Placeholder until the first project ships// Live example
Software that watches, decides and acts.
Not a chatbot bolted onto your website. A worker with a narrow job, clear rules, and a log of everything it did, inside the tools you already use.
Anything outside the rules stops and asks you. You can read the whole trail, and you can switch it off with one button.
- Replies to leads in under five minutes
- Sorts the inbox and drafts answers in your tone
- Moves data between tools without typos
- Posts the Monday report before you wake

Questions people ask
Straight answers. Anything else, ask on the call.
Q.01How much does a project cost?
Starting prices are listed next to each service. Most projects land between $1,000 and $8,000. Every quote is fixed and written down before work starts.
Q.02How long does it take?
A bot or automation: one to two weeks. A Telegram mini app or an MVP: three to six weeks. Larger products are split into milestones so you get value early.
Q.03What if I only have a rough idea?
That is the normal starting point. The first call and the written scope exist to turn the rough idea into something buildable with a price on it.
Q.04What happens after launch?
The first 30 days of fixes are free. After that you can keep me on a monthly support plan, or hand the project to anyone else, since you own all of it.
Q.05Who owns the code?
You do. Code, hosting accounts, domains and data are in your name from the start. There is nothing to migrate away from later.
What would you stop doing by hand?
Book a call or send an email. I reply within one working day.
